Cueva Nueva Vermut

A super traditional "Vermut de Reus" with a personal twist to nail the desired flavor and aromatic profile. White grapes are from partner vineyards in Tarragona (DO Terra Alta and DO Montsant), mainly Garnacha Blanca, but also Airen. From there, wine is aromatized with a blend of 88 botanicals—everything from wormwood and rosemary to orange peel, gentian root, cinnamon, clove, and plenty of native Mediterranean herbs.
