Vinification
Both Palomino and Syrah are whole-cluster fermented separately with various amounts of skin-contact and flor layers developing on both in barrel (see notes attached for more detailed info).
Aging
After both wines were aged under a veil, they were blended in tanks and 'La Femme d'Argent' was bottled with a light filtration of 5 microns.
