Vinification
Grapes are hand harvested, carbonic maceration on the Garnacha grapes, combined with the Moscatel that has cold-maceration, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Aging
Aged quickly and bottles without fining, filtering, or any SO2 additions.
